Platform4, is a new property company aimed at unlocking under-used railway land set up by joining the property development team of Network Rail and London & Continental Railways.Platform4 is aiming to deliver 40,000 new homes in mixed-use neighbourhoods on strategic brownfield sites, with the potential to attract up to £350m in investment.
