Delivering over 500 new homes and 650 new car parking spaces and improving the customer experience for the train station, Forth Goods Yard is the catalyst for unlocking the wider Forth Yards area, setting new standards for development in the heart of the city.

blocwork is a partnership development company that supports the regeneration of underutilised land and buildings adjacent to railway infrastructure, unlocking economic value by maximising the potential of each site.

Platform4

Platform4, is a new property company aimed at unlocking under-used railway land set up by joining the property development team of Network Rail and London & Continental Railways.Platform4 is aiming to deliver 40,000 new homes in mixed-use neighbourhoods on strategic brownfield sites, with the potential to attract up to £350m in investment.

Network Rail owns, operates, maintains and develops railway infrastructure in England, Scotland and Wales. Network Rail also works to unlock land to develop sustainable neighbourhoods and communities, supporting the delivery of over 15,000 new homes in the last five years.
